Tips for Efficient Repairs
Armorer: Practice Makes Perfect — Fixing items raises the repair skill, regularly fix your stuff to get this up quickly. Work on fixing broken objects to get some more experience.
Repairing Enchanted Items: Again, if you buy magical armor that is equipped with enchantments you can mend those but only if you have a skill of at least 50 in the item type.
If you sell fixed items to vendors at 125% health, then immediately buy them back, as good as new and full durability it can be repaired again.
