Ross Reels® Limited Lifetime Warranty THE FINE PRINT International customers can purchase an extended warranty to extend Ross Reels standard warranty purpose of a fly reel purchased in the United States from an Authorized Dealer for use in this country. This warranty is valid so long as the product is available on the market and applies to the original owner only (non-transferable).
The warranty specifically covers the reel itself being replaced or repaired but it does not include damage incurred from normal wear and tear, misuse or neglect.Ross Reels Warranty (ad) Furthermore, only the damage done by accident will be supported through a warranty. Any intentional diseases are not admissible to the coverage of this warranty. In order for the product to receive a warranty service, the customer must return the Product together with a filled out Product Service Form and all costs related to shipping back shall be borne by the customer.
Ross reserves the right to substitute a more recent model for one that has been discontinued. This policy demonstrates Ross cares about the quality and longevity, of his products and that customers are able to draw value from them well into the future.
