Daily Heroic Dungeons
Getting reputation for me is probably easiest with daily heroic dungeons. Put on the Tabard of the Kirin or doing this and you are going to be able to get daily quest reputation which will add up quite nicely, does that make sense? A heroic dungeon can be worth up to 150 reputation points with a faction which makes it, yet again, one of the efficient ways to grind some rep13.
Cooking and Profession Quests
In Dalaran, you can do cooking and profession-based daily quests to help with your reputation, as well. Turns in these quests not only reward you with experience but also count toward your general Kirin Tor reputation. Regular Dungeon Runs
Along with heroics, you can continue to gain reputation by running regular instances while wearing the tabard; though at a reduced rate (75 per dungeon). Normal dungeons can be reset very frequently and it is the quickest dungeon to run, so if you are just looking for an efficient way to spend your time26.
Daily heroics are the best source of major rep gain, as cooking/profession quests should give you a good stream of both kinds of points for Kirin Tor exalted across the long run. Happy grinding!
