Fixing a WD-40 Can That Wont Spray If you have ever had the problem of your wd-40 can not spraying, it is very frustrating. Some fixes that you can try to solve this problem are as follows:
Shake and Orient the Can Properly

Re-pressurize the Can
If you think that your can has lost pressure, take a Bicycle Pump with needle type pump. Insert the needle you used to poke a hole in one of those tiny holes where the nozzle was, and put your finger on it while pumping air into can6 NOTE: It is important also to mention that you must not go beyond the safe pressure limits (normally around 80-90 psi) because if exceed them it might damage your can6.
Check for Product Levels
Check for Residual Liquid: Cans may appear full, but without propellant. Still liquid, no spray is usually a pressure problem and not an empty can7.
