Earning the BSA Trained Patch The BSA Trained patch is a way to acknowledge Scouts and adult leaders who have finished all training required by their position. And one such emblem that you can earn is the Reflection Sum and here’s a detailed analysis on how to do so.
Eligibility Criteria

Adult Leaders: Youth Protection Training and position-specific training. This guide is for Cubmasters, Scoutmasters and Venturing Advisors12.
Scouts/Venturers: By virtue of training such as introduction to Leadership Skills for Troops (ILST) or Crew Officers Orientation, specific Youth members are also eligible45.

Position-Specific Training-After Youth Protection Training, Scouters are required to complete more training for their specific role in Scouting 23.
Wearing the Patch
Image: The Trained patch is placed on the uniform left sleeve.
It is above the badge of office, for those with pocket sleeves on their shirts.
Those without pocket sleeves, place it directly below that to touch the earned 14.Trained Patch (ad)
How fulfilling these requirements strengthens the service a Scoutmaster can put in to their community and be proud of that commitment more so than any position patch will ever announce, likewise for adult leaders.
