Resolving Apple ID Login Issues

Verify Your Apple ID and Password

Check if you enter the right Apple ID and password then head for a technical fix. These credentials are fairly easy to type incorrectly or forget, so make sure you didn’t miss anything!

Sign Out of the App Store

Signing out of the App Store might resolve any session issues now and then. To do this:

Open Settings.

Tap on your name at the top.

Swipe down and tap Sign Out.

Then sign out and try to login with your Apple ID.

3. Check Date & Time Settings

Settings >

Reset Network Settings
