Identifying Damage
These will be indicated by a red ship icon on the HUD and it is where your freighter will take damage while you’re out doing missions. It means action has to be taken for the service’s full functionality.
Requesting Assistance
Fleet Control Room: Monitor your Capital Ship from inside the Fleet Control Room.
Commander Request Ping: Ask the Commander to come back. The red icon will also signify their return.
Arriving at the Wrecked Freighter
When your Commander has returned, fly to the damaged freighter you encountered.
Land button action to board the ship.
Reviewing Damage
When aboard, the Commander gives you a Damage Report. Please accept this report to flag the broken terminals that require fixing.freighter repair (ad)
Gathering Repair Materials
Repairs will require certain materials. Following is a complete list of materials that are usually required for:
Tritium
Gold
Silver
Platinum
Ferrite Dust
Pure Ferrite
Oxygen
You may want to carry 25-50 units of each, and the needs can change by visit.
Repairing Terminals
Walk to the highlighted terminals and you will have materials that allow repairs. Please note that a few gateways do not display correctly because of bugs, so you should check if it is working on both platforms or have some more suitable materials at disposal.
