Ways to Find out if Apple Repair Status
Follow the steps below to check on your Apple repair.
Go to My Support, sign in with the same Apple ID that you used when scheduling service(or repair) It is important to avail yourself of activities on your repair information.
Find your Case or Repair ID: After logging in, go to Recent Activity. You will find your Case ID or Repair ID (these are important to track repair status) This info is also contained in the e-mail you would have been received from Apple when you submitted the repair (the one with an attachment).
Check the status of repair on the Official Repair Status Page: For an elaborate sight, please visit Apple’s own Apple Repair Status Check page. Enter your Repair ID here to receive live updates about the repair status of your device.
