Fixing an iPhone 5s Speaker
Switch off your iPhone 5s
Use a Pentalobe P2 driver to remove the two 3.6 mm-long security screws from either side of the dock connector:
Use a suction cup tool to lift up the display assembly
Using a #000 Phillips screwdriver unscrew the two screws that have the battery cable, disconnecting the battery.
Using the flat end of a spudger, carefully lift the battery cable up from its socket.
With a #000 Phillips screwdriver, remove the three screws securing the speaker assembly.
Remove the speaker assembly and replace it with a new one
Connect battery cable and install battery shield and screws
Reconnect the display assembly cables, and replace the display
Reinstall the dock connector screws(_.

Take care when handling the fragile cables and connectors during the reparation process. Remember to store the screws in proper order Dust. Maybe you could bring it to a professional repair shop, if you’re not comfortable with the repair.
