Preparation Steps
Step 2: Pull the old stuff out — carefully You will need to pry off (or engrave away) your existing cane/spline material in order to replace it. Installation Process

Corners : Be gentle while tapping the corners of cane with a blunt object. That keeps it nice and secure, & puts an even tension across the seat2
Weaving Technique
Layering: Layer one, follow a process or systematic way of layer two

If strength and aesthetic appeal are concerns13, on-grain weave methods can be replaced with diagonal weaves.
Finishing Touches
