Assess the Damage
Examine the scratched portions well. If the scratches are shallow, they can often be polished out; for deeper gouges, you could need filling.
Clean the Wheel

Sand the Damaged Area
To remove the scratch, begin with a coarse-grit sandpaper (approximately 400 grit). Start by wet sanding your surface using progressively higher grits (800, 1000, 1500).
Apply Filler if Needed
Use a metal-reinforced filler putty for larger scratches Allow time to fully cure before sanding smooth.
Prime and Paint

Clear Coat

Polish
When cured, polish the new gelcoat to match with the rest of your wheel. With a bit of elbow grease and an alloy wheel repair kit (ad)(ad), you can fix those wheels right up. So long and easy does it, for the best results.
