Send Your Garmin for Repair Before you send your Garmin product away to get repaired, make sure to follow these steps:
If you discovered that the InReach is bricking your Edge Explore, contact Garmin’s product support team first. This is important because they will issue you a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#) which is needed in order to process your repair request.
